How to Fix Login Issues in Indeavor Engage / Indeavor Engage Mobile App: Login Help & Common Fixes

This guide walks through common issues logging into the Indeavor Engage mobile app and how to resolve them. It includes steps for installing the app, logging in, and troubleshooting problems related to credentials, connectivity, and device settings.

Login Help

1. Getting Login Information or Resetting Passwords

  • Contact your facility’s admin for login credentials or password resets.

For your login information or a password reset, please reach out to an admin at your facility. The Indeavor Service Center is unable to provide or reset login information.


2. Installing the App

  • Apple Devices: Download from the Mac App Store

  • Android Devices: Download from the Google Play Store


3. Logging In

  1. Open the Indeavor Engage app.

  2. Enter your company name and tap Continue.

  3. Choose your login method:

    • Username & Password

    • Single Sign-On (SSO) via the Company Login tab

  4. Enter your credentials (Username and Password) either on your company’s login page or the Indeavor login screen.

Note: If you don't know whether to use SSO or Username/Password, reach out to an admin at your site or [email protected]!


Common Login Issues & Fixes

  • ✅ Use the Company Login tab for SSO (not User Login).

  • ✅ Enter the correct company name (not case sensitive).

  • ✅ Check your username (not case sensitive).

  • ✅ Check your password (case sensitive).

  • ✅ Remove any extra spaces in credentials.



​​Troubleshooting Steps

1. Restart the App

  • Close and reopen the Indeavor Engage app.

2. Reinstall the App

  • Uninstall and reinstall the app from your device’s app store.

3. Update the App

Android:

  • Open Google Play Store

  • Tap your profile icon

  • Go to Manage apps & device

  • Tap Update next to Indeavor Engage

iOS:

  • Open App Store

  • Tap your profile icon

  • Scroll to pending updates

  • Tap Update next to Indeavor Engage

4. Clear Cache

Android (Chrome & Engage App):

  • Go to Settings > Storage > Apps

  • Select the app

  • Tap Clear Cache

iOS (Safari & Engage App):

  • Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage

  • Tap Indeavor Engage > Offload App

  • Reinstall the app from the App Store

5. Check Internet Connection

Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to test connectivity.
