Indeavor Engage
This release adds Indeavor's new support experience to Indeavor Engage!
Users will be able to access knowledge base articles and submit support tickets via the Help menu within the application.
Our knowledge base articles for users from Indeavor Engage will be limited to articles for Indeavor Engage functionality and release notes.
Chat is not available to Indeavor Engage users.
These changes are not yet applied to Indeavor Kiosk for Windows.
Communications API
This release contains an update to the “Schedule Changed” push notification text to display the full month’s name (“03 October 2024”, instead of “10/03/2024”).
Reporting API
This release contains regular maintenance for the Reporting API.
Identity
Access to Indeavor's legacy support webform via the login page has been removed.
