Available Languages and Translation Options
Default Language:
Indeavor Self Help content is available in English by default.Gold and Platinum Level Support Customers:
These customers can request AI-powered translations via Chat.
Simply start a chat session in your preferred language.
Other Customers:
Translation can be done using one of the following methods:
Google Chrome (Built-in Translation)
Automatic Translation:
Visit a page in a foreign language.
A translate icon or pop-up appears in the address bar.
Click it and select your language.
Manual Translation:
Right-click anywhere on the page and choose Translate to [Your Language].
Settings:
Go to Settings > Languages.
Enable Offer to translate pages that aren't in a language you read for automatic prompts.
Microsoft Edge (Built-in Translation)
Translate Icon:
When on a foreign page, look for the translate icon at the end of the address bar.
Click it to translate.
Settings:
Ensure translation is enabled in Edge Language Settings.
Firefox (Add-ons Required)
No Built-in Feature:
Firefox does not have native translation.
Install Extensions:
Add extensions like To Google Translate or Google Translator for Firefox from the Firefox Add-ons store.
Use Extensions:
After installation, click the extension icon or right-click the page to translate.
