Available Languages and Translation Options

  • Default Language:
    Indeavor Self Help content is available in English by default.

  • Gold and Platinum Level Support Customers:

    • These customers can request AI-powered translations via Chat.

    • Simply start a chat session in your preferred language.

  • Other Customers:

    • Translation can be done using one of the following methods:


Google Chrome (Built-in Translation)

  • Automatic Translation:

    1. Visit a page in a foreign language.

    2. A translate icon or pop-up appears in the address bar.

    3. Click it and select your language.

  • Manual Translation:

    • Right-click anywhere on the page and choose Translate to [Your Language].

  • Settings:

    • Go to Settings > Languages.

    • Enable Offer to translate pages that aren't in a language you read for automatic prompts.


Microsoft Edge (Built-in Translation)

  • Translate Icon:

    • When on a foreign page, look for the translate icon at the end of the address bar.

    • Click it to translate.

  • Settings:

    • Ensure translation is enabled in Edge Language Settings.


Firefox (Add-ons Required)

  • No Built-in Feature:

    • Firefox does not have native translation.

  • Install Extensions:

    • Add extensions like To Google Translate or Google Translator for Firefox from the Firefox Add-ons store.

  • Use Extensions:

    • After installation, click the extension icon or right-click the page to translate.
