Resolved: System Access Issue

Issue:

We received reports of system access issues over the web, as well as service interruptions for some customers.

The issue stems from an expired certificate that our provider, Microsoft, allowed to lapse.

Update:

We are awaiting an updated certificate and we've deployed an a fix to bypass the problem.

Please note that your first login and initial page loads may take longer than usual, but subsequent logins and page loads should perform normally.
