Clear a Schedule for One Employee
Choose one employee and delete all of their schedule assignments from the roster for a selected period of time.
1) Click on the Scheduling icon from the navigation menu, then select Roster option in the Schedule section.
2) Select the Date Header for when the Assignments will be cleared from.
3) From the action panel select the Clear tab.
4) Ensure that Clear Assignments is checked. Please make note of other checked options, and update your selections as is appropriate for the task at hand.
5) Click the Clear Assignments drop-down arrow, select Employee. Make sure to confirm your choice by clicking the flashing + icon.
7) Type your desired Employee in the field, and they will appear on the drop-down list. Click to select them. Alternatively, you may also scroll through the list to find and select the right employee. Note: You may add multiple employees here.
8) Verify the date period for clearing.
9) Press the Clear button.
10) The selected Employee(s) Assignments are now cleared.
