Configure Loud Mode
This article will walk through the setup and steps necessary to utilize the Loud mode of the Roster to make multiple assignments/reassignments of the schedule.
Launch Loud Mode
1) Click on the Scheduling icon from the navigation menu, then select the Roster option in the Schedule section.
2) Press the Loud button in the top right corner of the Roster.
Configure the Demand Splitting Option
1) Once in Loud mode, under the Profile tab, use the Demand Splitting area to filter demands only to shifts and intervals that you desire to fill when assigning/reassigning employees.
2) Click on the arrow button next to Demand Splitting to expose options to select from.
3) Under Demand Splitting, select either Shifts or Shift Intervals mode.
- For Shifts, select shifts/shift groups from the drop-down and select the percentage.
- For Shift Intervals, select shifts/shift groups from the drop-down and select left/right segments.
4) To add any additional Demand Splitting settings, click on Plus sign.
5) Once selected, click Apply.
6) To save settings, click on the arrow next to Save and select Save As to create a new profile. Click Save to edit the existing profile.
Configure the Employee Assignment Hover Details Option
1) Once in Loud mode, under the Profile tab, use the Employee Assignment Hover Details area to display employee assignment specific information via Hover Details.
Note: This option will overwrite any specific settings carried over via selected Viewing Profile in Roster Options.
2) Click on the arrow button next to Employee Assignment Hover Details to expose a drop-down of options to select from.
3) Click on the drop-down menu and select the desired option to view on a hover banner and click on Plus sign next to it.
4) Continue selecting any additional options as desired.
5) To save settings, click on arrow next to Save and select Save As to create a new profile. Click Save to edit the existing profile.
Configure the Post Assignment Hover Details Option
1) Once in Loud mode, under the Profile tab, use the Post Assignment Hover Details area to display employee assignment specific information via Hover Details.
Note: This option will overwrite any specific settings carried over via selected Viewing Profile in Roster Options.
2) Click on the arrow button next to Post Assignment Hover Details to expose a drop-down of options to select from.
3) Click on the drop-down menu and select the desired option to view on a hover banner and click on Plus sign next to it.
4) Continue selecting any additional options as desired.
5) To save settings, click on arrow next to Save and select Save As to create a new profile. Click Save to edit the existing profile.
