This article will walk through different types of Roster that can be utilized by the user: Employees, Jobs, and Both. Note that all of these roster types are used in conjunction with desired viewing profiles and scales on the Roster screen.

Employees Roster
1. Click on the Scheduling icon .
2. Select Roster from the Schedule section.
3. Press the Employees button in the top right corner of the Roster.
4. Employees Roster displays the following information the main grid:
- Employee specific information: first name, last name, seniority, etc.
- Calendar days across
- Employee assignments
- Ability to modify assignments, create new assignments, delete assignments, etc.
Jobs Roster Both Roster
1. Click on the Scheduling icon .
2. Select Roster from the Schedule section.
3. Press the Jobs button in the top right corner of the Roster.
4. Jobs Roster displays the following information the main grid:
- Job specific information: name, description, location, etc.
- Calendar days across
- Job assignments
- Ability to modify/fill assignments, solve for problem (understaffed) assignments, etc.
Both Roster
1. Click on the Scheduling icon .
2. Select Roster from the Schedule section.
3. Press the Both button in the top right corner of the Roster.
4. Combines Employees and Jobs Rosters (above) on one screen. Employees Roster is displayed on the top half of the screen and is aligned with the Jobs Roster, that is displayed at the bottom half of the screen.
