The user can unassign an employee from a base schedule as necessary. The base schedule can be unassigned in two ways: remove the base schedule or end the valid period for the base schedule.
Remove a Base Schedule
1. Click on the Administration icon .
2. Select Base Schedule Management from the Employee Management section.
3. Select the Assignments tab
4. Under Employees section, select the appropriate employee using the search field .
5. Click on the arrow next to the assigned Base Schedule.
6. On the pop-up window, click on the delete button .
7. Click on the Save button.
Unassign a Base Schedule
1. Click on the Administration icon .
2. Select Base Schedule Management from the Employee Management section.
3. Select the Assignments tab
4. Under Employees section, select the appropriate employee using the search field .
5. Click on the arrow next to the assigned Base Schedule.
6. On the pop-up window, click on the edit button .
7. To set the end of the valid period, click in the schedule field and pick the appropriate date.
8. Click on the green checkmark .
9. Click on the Save button.
Notes:
1. When updating an Employee with a new Base Schedule, the previous Base schedule's End Date
matches the Start Date of the new one.
2. When updating an Employee with a new Base Schedule but the Employee has already
a Base Schedule with a future Starting Date, you will have to manually end this Base
Schedule Assignment by setting it's End Date to match the Starting Day of the new Base
Schedule.
