Configure Employee Privileges in Employee Self Service (ESS)
This feature allows administrators to tailor your employee's privileges in ESS.
1) Click on the Administration icon from the Navigation Menu, then select the Preferences Administration option in the Settings section.
2) Select Employee SS from the list of options on the left hand side.
3) Under the Features node, select the desired capability to adjust.

4) Select the Scope to which the settings will be applied to.
5) From the drop-down on the right, adjust the employees’ capability to either True (Set) or False (Not Set).
6) Press the Save button on the bottom right.
