If you are new to the Indeavor Web App, you can use this article as a basic guideline to start. To open Indeavor, you can log in from your computer, or your phone. To access Indeavor from the phone check Mobile App ESS: Quick Start or Indeavor Engage: Quick Start, depending on your company's solution.
Log In from Computer
1. Click on the link provided by your Organization to access the Indeavor application.
2. Enter your Company's name and your Personal Login Information.
Note: If you have forgotten your Login Information, use the Forgot Password
function to get an email sent to you with the necessary information.
Employee Calendar
1. Click on the Scheduling icon .
2. Select Employee Calendar from the Schedule section.
Note: Your Employer might have already set this page to be your homepage.
3. The Calendar view can be changed by using the Day, Week or Month button in the upper right corner of the Calendar window. Use the Right and Left arrows to scroll to next/previous days/weeks/months.
4. The Legend is located at the right side and indicates the colors of fields within the Employee Schedule.
5. To see more information about an assignment, simply click on the assignment, then click on More Information.
Time Off Requests
1. Click on the Scheduling icon .
2. Select Employee Calendar from the Schedule section.
3. To Request Time Off, click on the desired day.
4. Select Request Leave.
5. From the Type drop-down menu , adjust the time frame of the Request.
6. From the Leave Type drop-down menu , select the desired Leave.
7. Press the Save button.
8. The request is now sent to your scheduler for approval.
Messages
1. To see messages sent to you by your Employer, or to send your employer messages, select the envelope icon in the right top of the screen.
2. A small pop-up will show and give the options to view the most recent Messages or all.
3. To view a message in the Message Management window, press the View button next to the desired message.
4. Use the drop-down menu to mark your messages accordingly or to send a reply.
5. To send a new message, press the New button.
Log Out
1. Click on the user icon .
2. Select the Logout button from the bottom.
Help
To receive help within Indeavor, press the question mark icon in the right top corner. This will open a new tab with the Indeavor Support page. On this page, you will be able to..
1. Submit a request which opens up a Support Ticket.
2. Search our library of articles to find the answer you are looking for.
3. Browse through our Knowledge Base Articles, Workshops, and the Indeavor Community for the answer to your question.
Chat or Leave a Message
Another way to receive help within Indeavor is to leave a message for a Indeavor Support Agent. To do 1. Click on the notification icon . A pop-up will appear in the lower right corner of the screen.
2. Type in your topic and a list of the top Knowledge Base Article results will show up, if they do not answer your question, you can click on Leave us a message.
3. Here, you will enter your name, email address, phone number (optional), and your message to us.
4. Click Send. A support ticket will open up so we can track that your issue is satisfactorily resolved.
