Accept a Swap Offer

1. Click on Scheduling tab .
2. Select Swapping from Swapping section.
3. The time frame defaults to start from today. If you wish to adjust the time frame use the calendar icons  to set From and To dates accordingly, then hit Apply.
4. From the drop-down menu  select My Swaps. 
5. In the assignments list, swapping opportunities with counter offers will show in blue color.
6. Select an assignment with blue color. All Possible Job Offers will show to the right.
7. You can select the assignment you would want to take in return, and click Select button. If you wish to decline an offer you can hit Unselect. Click on Save button.
8. The Swap offer and counteroffer acceptance will be sent to your supervisor for approval. Any rejected counteroffer will disappear.

Trade Other Employees Swaps

1. Click on Scheduling tab .
2. Select Swapping from Swapping section.
3. The time frame defaults to start from today. If you wish to adjust the time frame use the calendar icons  to set From and To dates accordingly, then hit Apply.
4. From the drop-down menu  select Other Swaps .
5. From the assignments list, select the one you wish to take (notice the selected assignment turns to orange). 
6. The available assignments you can offer in return will show to the right. Select the one you wish to offer by clicking the Offer button. If you wish to cancel the offer click Withdraw. You can Select more than one offer, as your supervisor will approve or deny the Swapping request, and more options may be favorable. 
7. The Swap offer and counteroffer acceptance will be sent to your supervisor for approval.
