Sometimes an employee record may be imported into Indeavor after they were supposed to be scheduled. We can update the active period of an employee to validate their employee record associations and enable them to be scheduled retrospectively.
1. Click on the Administration icon .
2. Select Employee Management from the Employee Management section.
3. Search for the employee, and click edit .
4. Press the plus sign on the top menu bar to reveal a list of page options.
5. Select the Active Periods tab, and click edit .
6. Input the dates that you wish this employee record to be active within Indeavor.
7. Make sure that you click both the small save button under the dates, and also the large save button at the bottom of the page.
While editing an active period row on this tab, you will also see Inactive and Delete buttons specific to the row. These will inactivate or delete the period itself rather than specifying an end to the period.
