Overview
The requirements listed below are necessary for Operational Displays to show correctly.
The following hardware requirements apply to both Present Schedule & Future Schedule Displays:
- Displays require monitors with 4K resolution arranged horizontally (landscape).
- Displays need a stable internet connection.
- Displays should run on devices with sleep mode disabled and without automatic restart, logout, or lock settings.
- Displays should be viewed in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on TV monitors or monitors connected to a computer via HDMI or screen casting. If a TV’s built-in browser has limited functionality and cannot properly load the Display, connect it to a computer instead.
- Displays require whitelisting the same URLs that are generally needed to use our platform - no additional URLs need to be whitelisted specifically for Displays.
- Displays should not be accessed through thin clients, digital signage software, or similar tools if they bypass login or add custom UI elements, as this may cause errors or display issues.
- Displays should be set to full-screen mode with 100% browser zoom. On Windows, ensure the resolution is at least 3840 × 2160 (4K) and the display scale is 100%, in Settings > System > Display > Scale and layout, making sure that the correct monitor is selected.
