Call Off
Employees have the ability to call off for their most upcoming assignments any time before that shift starts.
The following steps describe the Call Off process via Web Application Employee Self-Service.
1) Click on the Scheduling icon from the navigation menu, then select Employee Calendar option in the Schedule section.
2) Click on the day of the most upcoming assignment.
3) Select the Call Off option.
4) From the Excuse drop-down, select the desired excuse.
5) Press the Save button.
6) The Call Off should appear in orange on the Employee Calendar.
7) To see more information or request a cancellation for the Call Off, click on the orange call off and select the appropriate option.
