Fill Out Timesheet Anywhere
Timesheet Anywhere allows employees to add or edit time entries if they forgot to punch in/out or they deviated from their scheduled assignment start and end time (i.e. arrived late or left early). This article will walk Employees through how to fill out timesheet anywhere in the Mobile App.
1) Sign into the Mobile App using your credentials.
2) Press the Menu button on the top left-hand side of the App.
3) Select Timesheet Anywhere.
4) Click the Pay Period for which you'd like to edit time entries.
5) To edit a time entry, click on the time entry box that you'd like to change.
6) Change the Start and End times to reflect the times the employee actually punched in.
7) Press the Save button.
8) To add an entirely new time entry, press the Create New button on the desired date.
9) Enter a Start and End time.
10) From the list of Labor Codes, check a checkbox next to the desired Labor Code.
11) Press the Save button.
Note: To delete a time entry, click on the time entry that you want to remove and press Delete.
