If you accidentally delete the Schedule on the Roster, please follow the steps below to rebuild the Schedule.
Indeavor Protip: in case you have a sandbox subscription please consider using
the sandbox environment and reference the assignments taking in consideration
the date in which the sandbox was refreshed (the sandbox refresh schedule
can be found here)
Identify deleted Assignments
- Navigate to the Trace Access page.
- Select the Period (the date in which the Deletion Action took place).
- Select Assignment in the Details section and Delete Assignment for the Action Type.
- Target the Date(s) the Assignment(s) belong.
Indeavor Protip: Please use the export feature so the data can be manipulated
in Excel in case you need additional filtering option or specific data selection.

Update the Roster
1. Navigate to the Roster and update the schedule
Indeavor Protip: Considering using your SGM and get most of your schedule
assigned and then Copy/Paste where needed.
