Service Feature Change Notification
Starting March 1st, 2024, Indeavor Call will offer customers the option to enable a Call Back feature for their organization.
- Employees will receive a prompt during the call, allowing them to wait for an Indeavor Analyst or press 'x' to request a call back.
- This feature option replaces the automatic call back for hang-ups or abandoned calls.
On average, employees are connected to an Indeavor Analyst in under 30 seconds. This change will enhance the efficiency of Indeavor Analysts in handling incoming calls.
