Insights API
This API is only available to members of the Early Adopter Program.
Integrating the CustomerUsers API with the Insights API authentication process. This will allow customers to leverage users at a scope above each individual domain so that multiple facilities can be queried across a region.
A few updates to the Workforce Enablement (WFE) KPI, including recognizing Holidays as its own scheduling events and filtering out Temporary and External employees from the calculation.
It also includes another KPI, the Employee Type %. Previously the Temp Labor %, this metric will now provide a breakdown of scheduled labor for each of the three standard employee types: Regular, Temporary, and External. The scopes and periods available for the Employee Type % are the same as all previous Insights API metrics (Customer Region, Domain, OU & Week, Month, Quarter, Year).
Adding a new Total Hours KPI - calculations include the aggregated Scheduled, Demanded, Leave, and Available hours of a customer region, domain, and OU. These aggregated values provide a high-level glimpse into the activity of a customer and allow for a wide range of analyses & comparisons between them.

Demands API has been updated to .NET 8.
