Call Out
- Call Out Processes can now be exported to PDF.
- Users can now create assignments directly within the Call Out application when specifying a user said "Yes" to work overtime.

Insights API
This API is only available to members of the Early Adopter Program.
Adding two new metrics, Total Hours and Labor Distribution %.
- The Total Hours calculations include the aggregated Scheduled, Demanded, Leave, and Available hours of a customer region, domain, and OU. These aggregated values provide a high-level glimpse into the activity of a customer and allow for a wide range of analyses & comparisons between them.
- The Labor Distribution % KPI metric provides the proportion of total scheduled hours allocated to Direct, Indirect, and Fixed Labor, as indicated by the Labor Type property attached to each job. This calculation provides users an avenue for evaluating the breakdown of scheduled labor that contributes to the production of a product/service versus other types of required labor.
- The metric is available at the customer region, domain, and OU scopes, alongside the time periods of Week, Month, Quarter, and Year.
