ENHANCEMENTS
Indeavor Schedule
Streamline employee actions to enhance data integrity: orphaned employee records will no longer be allowed to be created.
- Indeavor Time - The Advanced configuration is the only mode that supports the use of the Posted status.
- A new setting has been added to Indeavor Time, which allows punches to be displayed within the application (Note: Punch Visibility requires a Punch Import).
- Punches can now be displayed within the Main Page and Employee Timesheet.
Indeavor Time API
-
Entity Mappings can now be specified as a parameter in the Approval Export for each of the following field types:
-
Employees
-
Jobs
-
Locations
-
Shifts
-
Demand Categories
-
Leave Types
-
Attributes
-
-
Specifying that a field type should have a mapping returned will result in each entity's mapped value and external system being returned in the API's response for the specified field type. For Example: Specifying that the API should return mapped values for Jobs will return the entity mapping for any assigned jobs within the export, in addition to the already returned fields such as Job Name.
-
Punches can now be returned by the Approval Export call (Note: Leveraging Punches in Indeavor Time requires the site to have a live Punch Import).
-
The Approval Export now exports Location Attributes.
- Profiles can now be specified to apply to specific users.
- Only Admins, Profile Managers, and these specified users will have access to the profile within the Profile drop-down in the Indeavor Call Out Pro.
Indeavor Engage/Kiosk & Administration App
- A new, optional, Team Activity feature has been added to Indeavor Engage.
- This feature, when enabled, allows employees to view the schedules (assignments, leaves, RDOs, lay offs and volunteering sign-ups) of other employees within their OU.
- Administrators can restrict which event types are viewable and whether the leave type is displayed in Engage (via Administration app).
