Problem: An error occurs when updating the “valid to/from” dates for any classification group membership, displaying the message: “There is at least one other active membership between the selected employee and a classification group, in the given time span.”

Workaround: Do not edit the Classification Group directly. Instead, we will delete and recreate the old Classification Group with both “Valid From” and “Valid To” dates. After that, we will add the new Classification Group as initially intended.
Follow these steps to resolve the issue and proceed:
- Note the current “valid from” and “valid to” dates.
- Delete the existing Classification Group.
- Recreate the Classification Group from the “Members” tab in Employee Management, entering a new Classification Group association that matches the one deleted in the previous step.
- When creating the entry for the old Classification Group, ensure both “Valid From” and “Valid To” dates are entered.
- Once the old Classification Group is recreated, proceed to create the new Classification Group as needed.
