When an employee is medically restricted in the ACU tool, if you change the Follow-up appointment date to a date in the future, leaves are automatically added to the roster for the dates between the original appointment date and the new appointment date (EX: If an employee had a follow up scheduled for 1/1 and we changed this to 1/5, the roster will show sick leaves in the roster for 1/1 - 1/4.
While the tech team addresses, please remove the incorrect leaves via the Approval Tool, and reach out to our Service Center Team at support@Indeavor.com if you have any questions.
