Indeavor Engage/Kiosk
Volunteering Visibility Enhancements
- New Volunteering Visibility Feature! Employees can now see a list of others who have volunteered for a specific opportunity on a selected day.
- This helps employees gauge their chances of receiving overtime when submitting a volunteering request.

Sorting Options: Admins can configure the list to be sorted by:
- Alphabetical order
- Seniority
- A custom employee attribute defined by the admin
- Default Setting: This feature is off by default. If interested, admins can enable it via the Administration application. Contact your CSM for more details.
Leave Request Notes in Indeavor Engage
- Employees can now view and/or add Leave Request Notes directly in Engage.
- Default Setting: This feature is off by default and must be enabled by admins via the Administration application.
Enhanced Swapping Functionality
- Swapping is now compatible with Employee Skills-Based Qualifications, ensuring better alignment of shift swaps with employee skills.
User Management Updates
New Qualification and Skills Matrices!
- A new section is now available within the User Management application.
- Clicking the matrix icon in the left pane opens the Qualification and Skills Matrix page.
What’s Inside?
- The matrix provides reporting options for skills, competencies, and qualifications in a structured view.
- Employees are displayed as rows, while jobs, locations, or skills are shown as columns.
- Users can select from four criteria:
- Qualified – Indicates whether an employee is qualified for a job, location, or skill.
- Days Since Assigned – Displays the number of days an employee has been assigned to a job or location.
- End Date – Shows the expiration date for an employee's qualification in a specific job, location, or skill.
- Competency – Displays an employee’s competency level for a particular skill.
Insights API Enhancements
New Calculated Metric: Employee Retention
- This KPI measures employee retention over a selected period, available at the customer, domain, or OU level.

Key Improvements:
- The retention analysis period has been extended from 1 year to 2 years.
- Users can now group the retention period across the full start & end range for a comprehensive two-year metric view.

/workforce-schedules
- Enables identification of the number of active employees during a specific period.

Mass Update Enhancements
- Assignment Notes can now be added through the Mass Update feature, streamlining bulk updates for administrators.
