New Calculated Metric: Employee Retention
- This KPI measures employee retention over a selected period, available at the customer, domain, or OU level.
- Key Improvements:
- The retention analysis period has been extended from 1 year to 2 years.
- Users can now group the retention period across the full start & end range for a comprehensive two-year metric view.
- New Export Endpoint:
/workforce-schedules- Enables identification of the number of active employees during a specific period.
