Why Enable Volunteering Visibility?
Enabling volunteering visibility provides employees with greater transparency and information, helping them make more informed decisions about whether to volunteer and which opportunities to choose.
How It Works
When the Volunteering Visibility setting is enabled, employees will be able to see a list of volunteers who have signed up for a specific volunteering opportunity. This information is accessible both when viewing the opportunity’s details before signing up and when reviewing existing sign-ups after registration.
The list of volunteers is sorted either alphabetically, by Seniority Date, or by any Employee Attribute. Additionally, the sign-up ranking order can be displayed based on a sub-setting.
