Login Error Using Google Chrome

You may be experiencing an error logging into or out of the Indeavor Solution. On Feb. 4, 2020, Google Chrome released an update which changed the way cookies work (Chrome Version 80). Unfortunately, this update negatively impacted two key functions within the Indeavor Solution:
- Single Sign On (SSO) will not work after the update is performed.
- If using an Indeavor Username and Password, users must clear their cache in order to logout.
To minimize the effect(s) of the Google Chrome update, we have included short-term solutions.
- If your organization does not allow automatic updates, you may avoid be able to avoid Chrome Version 80 until further notice. This is preferred.
- If preventing the automatic update is not possible, we recommend using Firefox or Edge browsers.
Note: mobile applications is not impacted by this event.
The Indeavor Technology Team is working diligently to address these issues at the highest priority. Code changes to accommodate the Chrome Update should be released within the next couple of weeks.
