Ιf you are interested in establishing the Approval Tool module, please contact us for help.
1. Click on the Approval Tool icon from the Indeavor Home Page.
2. Select desired Organizational Unit (OU). To select an OU click on the icon in the top right corner.
3. Pick the correct OU from the drop-down list.
4. Select the date you wish to Process from the calendar .
Unprocessed timesheets on a given day will appear in red text within the calendar
5. Select Posted Status.
6. Select a Profile and click on the Search button.
7. On the bottom half of the page, you will see the Events tab with employee timesheets that need to be processed.
8. To process the entire list of employees, click on the checkbox beneath the Events tab to select all timesheets and click Process.
9. If you wish to Process an individual timesheet, click on the checkbox beside an employee to select their timesheet and then click Process.
