Indeavor Time, previously known as the Approval Tool is an add-on module, an overview is available here.
Review is not part of the Indeavor Time workflow, but approvers can
use this optional visual indicator to keep track of time items
that have and have not been reviewed.
From the Indeavor home page, click on the Approval Tool icon
- Select desired Organizational Unit (OU). To select an OU click the icon in the top right corner and pick the correct OU from the drop down list.

Select the date for which you would like to review from the Working Date calendar icon .
Note: Timesheets in the Processed status on a given day will appear
within a red circle in the calendar. -
Then, from Status drop-down menu select Processed.
Note: Timesheets must be Processed before they can be Reviewed.
- From Profile drop-down menu select a profile and click on the Search button-next to the Profile- to load the page.
- On the bottom half of the page, you will see the Events tab with employee timesheets that need to be reviewed.
- To review the entire list of employees, click on the checkbox beneath the Events tab and select Review or click on the checkbox beside an employee to select a single employee, then click Review.
