Ιf you are interested in establishing the Approval Tool module, please contact us for help.
1. Click on the Approval Tool icon 
from the Indeavor Home Page.
2. Select desired Organizational Unit (OU). To select an OU click the
icon in the top right corner.
3. Pick an OU from the drop down list.
4. Select the date for which an adjustment is needed
.
5. Select the Status (Posted, Processed, Approved etc.)
6. Select the Profile (Tour 1, Tour 2, Tour 3 etc.)
7. On the bottom half of the page you will see the Events tab
which represents the list of employee whose timesheets need to be processed.
8. To move the timesheets into the Adjust Status, click on the checkbox beneath the Events tab
to select all employees then click Adjust. Or click on the checkbox beside an employee to select individual employees then click Adjust.
