Operational Displays
Future Schedule Display has been added as a new type of Operational Display!
The Future Schedule Display presents schedule information on TV screens, showing several days into the future in real time. It helps employees and supervisors stay informed about upcoming shifts and coverage. The Display offers two viewing options:
- Employee View – displays the upcoming schedule per employee.
- Job View – displays vacancies and assignments per job and location.
The Display can show events such as:
- Regular Assignments
- Overtime Assignments
- Special Assignments
- Idle Assignments
- Vacancies
- Leaves (Leave Type names can be hidden)
- Regular Days Off
- Lay Offs
The Display allows employees to easily review their upcoming shifts and enables supervisors to monitor team coverage and identify gaps by checking displays placed placed at key areas across the organization.
