Issue:
We are currently aware of an issue affecting customers who use different cut-off rules for different days of the week. Specifically, configurations that rely on the applicable date filter are not functioning as expected.
Please note that we are in the process of upgrading our Engage applications, and the resolution for this issue is scheduled to follow the completion of that upgrade, which is planned for mid to late-June.
Until then customer's using the applicable date filter should turn off leave auto approvals and all leaves should be reviewed for cut-off compliance prior to approval. Check back here for incremental progress while we work towards a resolution.
