Overview
The Future Schedule is designed to display Future scheduling information either by Job or by Employee.

To Configure a Future Future Schedule Display, please follow the steps below:
1.) Navigate to the Administration Application, select Settings, select Operational Displays.
2.) On the Operational Display page, click on the New Operational Display button.
3.) Add the title you would like for your display and select the Future Schedule option within the Display Type field:
4.) Then scroll down and select either the Job View or the Employee View in the View Type field:
5.) In the Data Configuration tab, you can select from 1 to 20 Organizational Units and choose how the data will be grouped. You can also select Specific Employee Groups or Locations depending on which Grouping you select.
6.) Once you have completed the step above, you can then scroll down to see the Timeline Options field. From here you can choose the Date Range (up to 7 days in the future):
7.) You can set the start date of the display up to 28 days in the future with First Day Offset:
8.) You can then choose your preferred way to have each 24 hours displayed by using the options in Day Segmentation:
9.) In the Information Displayed tab, select which details should appear in the Main Column and Timeline, and choose which events will be visible. Also, select the language of the Display and its date and time format.
10.) In the Notes & Announcements tab, You add any notes to the either the Left or Right side on the bottom of the screen. You can then toggle the “Broadcast Message” switch on or off to broadcast the message, and select whether it will be broadcasted for a specific period or indefinitely.
11.) After clicking on the Save button, a pop-up window will appear with the generated Presentation Link.
12.) Enter this link to your TV or computer’s internet browser.
13.) At the Login Screen, enter the credentials of a user with the Viewer role that will only be used for accessing this display. For more information on creating a display user, please review our KBA here.
Note: If an Operational Display is deleted, it cannot be restored.
