Roles determine what screens and functions are available to Indeavor users. By assigning roles to employees, we can determine who has access to which pages and what functionalities within Indeavor. This allows for appropriate access across the Indeavor application and the optimization of workflows and processes overall.
Note: These roles apply to the Indeavor Schedule product only. Additional
roles need to be granted to provide access to other modules and apps on the
Indeavor Platform (i.e. Advanced Features, Reporting & Analytics, etc.).
Individual Roles
A list of the following roles will be available to pick from when giving a User their necessary Role Assignment. Ensure assignment is made at the proper level (Domain or OU) for the roles to function properly.

| Master Data Admin | Access to all main Master Data pages (Jobs, Shifts, Aggregates, etc.). Some access to other data-related entities that are used to create and maintain configurations (Accounting Periods, Quotas, Leave Constraints, Notification Rules, etc.). | Domain |

Combining Roles
It is anticipated that there will be a range of Indeavor Roles that will need to be combined for different Users and Positions so that they can perform all necessary functions.
