Top reasons user have problems logging into Engage and their solutions:
Login Checklist | Notes |
Select "Company Login" tab for SSO instead "User Login" | Most large organizations have a universal login for employees - if that's the case for your Org make sure you're going to the "Company" tab |
Correct login credentials | Check username (not case sensitive), password (case sensitive). No extra spaces before or after |
Correct Company Name | You will need to enter company name correctly. |
Troubleshooting steps:
1. Close Engage and re-open

3. Make sure you have the current version by checking for updates:

- Open the Google Play Store app
- At the top right, tap the profile icon
- Tap Manage apps & device. Apps with an update available are labeled "Update available"
- Tap Update

- Open the App Store
- Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen
- Scroll to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next to an app to only update that app, or tap Update All

4. Clear Cache
Clearing cache Android device (Do this for both Chrome and Engage app):
- Open Settings and select Storage
- In the resulting list, tap the Apps entry (Other Apps on Android 11 and earlier).
- Choose the app you want to clear
- On the app's info page, tap the Clear Cache option
Guide for clearing cache Apple device (do this for both Safari and Engage app):
- Go to Settings
- Tap 'General'
- Tap "iPhone Storage'
- Find the Indeavor Engage app and tap "Offload App"
- Re-download the Indeavor Engage app from the app store
