Status:
Resolved: Our team confirmed an issue with Microsoft emails and found a significant amount of errors from 1/22 and 1/23. We've cleared out errors and confirmed that all notifications triggered are being sent.
All notifications are now being sent as expected.
Issue:
We’ve identified a problem where email notifications are not being received when leave is entered on behalf of employees within the Roster. This affects the Indeavor Call Off service. Notifications for Leaves entered by our Indeavor Service Center are not consistently being received by supervisors.
What’s Not Impacted:
Notifications triggered by employees actions/requests through Indeavor Engage send as expected and are not affected by this issue.
